An uncommon floral motif found on this Copeland Garrett Late Spode fruit/serving bowl produced during the period 1833-1847 when the partnership between William Copeland and Thomas Garrett flourished. Bowl is 8-lobed and hand-painted with flowers and fronds.
Impressed "Copeland and Garrett" and the number "18" as well as a printed back stamp in puce: "Copeland Garrett Late Spode"
Measures 9 3/4" dia (24.5cm) and 3 5/8" (9cm) in depth
Flawless no blemishes and no obvious signs of use or wear aside from a small chip on the foot rim which is not visible when displayed.
